Go to Settings → Verification, choose Driving Licence or Voter ID, upload a clear photo (front, and back if you have it), and take a live selfie when prompted. Pass the live check and you're verified instantly, with a prompt follow-up check from our team afterward — otherwise a member of our team reviews it manually, typically within 24–48 hours.

Check that your account is Active, and that your profile is reasonably complete — category, skills, bio, and at least one public contact method all help. The "Complete your profile" card on your Home screen shows exactly what's missing.

No. GigsDex doesn't process payments and doesn't take a percentage of any work — that's agreed entirely between you and the client, outside the app.

Yes — go to Edit Profile and update your Primary Category and Skills at any time.
